What is the minimum order?

Is a neck gaiter a face mask?

No. A single-layer knitted tube is a wind, sun and dust layer, and we do not sell it as respiratory protection or as PPE. Where filtration is required, the correct product is a certified mask.

What fabric weight should I choose?

Light, around 120 to 150 gsm, for sun and summer use. Mid weight for year-round club use. Split-tube fleece for winter. We state the gsm on every quote so two suppliers can actually be compared.

Seamless or stitched?

Accepted Answer

Seamless, wherever the gaiter sits against the throat — a side seam is felt on every head turn and is the single most common reason one stops being worn.

Question 6

Do the edges fray?

Not on a laser-cut edge, which seals as it cuts. A scissor-cut knit will fray and roll into a cord within a few washes, which is the usual failure on cheap gaiters.

Can you match our team colours exactly?

Sublimation matches to a colour reference closely, and we send a printed swatch before a large run. Merino is dyed rather than printed and matches less precisely, which we will say at quote stage.

Do you redraw artwork?

Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team rebuilds it as a full wrap — a tube has no front, so artwork usually needs rethinking as a repeating pattern rather than a single logo.
